Marketo Email Template Update

I am looking for three additional modules/components to be added onto an existing marketo email template.  These additional components are taken from a different template on a different email platform, a screen shot of these are attached.
If you could please let me know an estimate and timeframe to complete the work, it would be appreciated.  Keen to start ASAP on this.
