Mailchimp Workshop Promo Email

I need a clean, engaging email built in Mailchimp that promotes a series of upcoming workshops to my existing client list.

Scope
• Structure the email so the date and time, location, and speaker information for each workshop stand out at a glance.
• Insert a prominent “Register Now” button that links to the event signup page.
• Add social media icons that point to our official channels to encourage sharing.

Look & Feel
I prefer a professional yet friendly tone, consistent with our brand colors (I’ll provide the hex values) and fonts that render well across major email clients. The layout should be mobile-responsive and tested with Mailchimp’s preview tools.

Deliverables
1. A fully-designed Mailchimp campaign saved as a template in my account.
2. Placeholder text and images clearly labeled so I can swap in final content if needed.
3. A quick hand-off note explaining how to duplicate and schedule the email for future workshops.
