Mail sending web app

I am looking for an web developer to create a web application for mail sending, inspired by Mumara but tailored for my own use. The application should include various specific features for managing mail lists, campaigns, scheduling, SMTP, blocklists, and more.

Key Features Required:

Mail Lists:

Import mail lists from txt files or input manually.
Manage data like first name, last name, company name, etc.
Campaigns:

Create and manage campaigns with fields like campaign group name, campaign name, email subject.
Import HTML content with spintax usage.
Implement dynamic variables like first name, last name, email address, etc.
Include an unsubscribe link option.
Schedule Campaigns:

Select mail list, campaign, SMTP servers.
Option to send immediately or schedule for later.
Set hourly/daily sending speed.
View Sending Campaigns:

Monitor status: Stopped/Paused/End/Sending.
View scheduled time, last action time, total sending time, etc.
SMTP Management:

Add SMTP manually or import from a file.
Set limits for SMTP usage per hour/day.
Check if SMTP's IP/domain is blacklisted or not.
Blocklists:

Manage blocklists by IP/domain/email.
Inbox Checker:

Verify if emails are landing in the inbox.
Skills Required:

Experience with backend technologies like PHP, Node.js, or similar.
Familiarity with databases and the ability to integrate SMTP services.
Knowledge of email marketing and related best practices.
