Mail chimp or alternative

Mass emailing - 40k names to get members for our mobile app. Invites to webinars etc. we have a mail chimp account but open to alternative mass email companies as mail chimp is getting quite pricey with our large list. Need help being efficient- and someone who knows mass emailing techniques to not be marked as spam etc.
