Mail Chimp Email Automation

I have MailChimp, and I would like to set up a campaign. I would like to have the campaign trigger around an event date. For example, I would like the campaign to start if I add a record to Mailchimp and assign it with an event date. Events dates will vary. Then, I will have seven emails that need to be sent from 3 to 90 days before the event date and seven emails to be sent three days to 270 days after the event date. All of the emails will be written by me.
