Looking for Digital Marketer to join my Growing Team

My name is Janis and I run a Youtube Channel called - Time Management and Productivity.

My focus up to this point has been to create content and grow the audience. At the moment the channel is getting about 250 000 views per month.

As my audience is growing I would like to start focusing on Capturing leads and Monetising the audience via digital products like courses and services like coaching.
Therefore I’m looking for a Digital Marketer to join my team. Someone who will be the driving force behind marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
-) Developing overall strategy.
-) Linking Content with lead magnets
-) Creating landing pages
-) Email sequences
-) Sales pages (Upsells, OTO)
-) Building funnels
-) Copywriting
-) Testing and improving
It’s important that we have good communication and you are good with writing things down so we can track the progress and improve.
Marketing tools
At the moment I keep my 2000 lead on Mailerlite with a couple of landing pages and email automations, but for sure we will need more functions to run the operation.
I have set my eyes on a tool called - systeme.io that seems to cover the needs of running a digital business.
Operations & Reporting
It’s important that we start with putting together an action plan - what we will do this year, what products we need, how we will test them etc. So we need to make sure that records are made and maintained on an ongoing basis.
How to apply
1) I would like to hear about your experience and if you have been involved with similar projects. It’s not just about listing down your skills, but your application needs to represent that you understand what I’m looking for.
2) What is your proposed hourly rate? (In addition - 20% Commissions will be paid from all digital product sales)
