- Implement best practices to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
- Regularly monitor and report on the performance of the campaign, adjusting strategies as needed

- Proven track record of success in Email Marketing, particularly with Mailchimp
- A deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
