Linux Email Deliverability Fix
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My Linux mail server sends messages straight to the spam folder even though the IP is clean and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are already configured. I occasionally see brief service outages as well.
I’m looking for an email specialist who can quickly review my current setup, pinpoint what Gmail, Outlook, and other providers still dislike, and get messages landing in the inbox.
Key tasks
• Audit the Postfix/Exim configuration and DNS records to verify rDNS, HELO, header alignment, and TLS settings.
• Spot content or list-quality factors that might trigger spam filters.
• Apply fast, low-impact fixes where possible and give me a concise checklist for any larger changes.
• Run live tests to confirm inbox placement and stability across major providers.
Deliverables
1. A short, clear report of findings and steps taken.
2. Proof of successful inbox delivery from at least one test account on Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
3. A brief set of preventive tips so future outages are less likely.
