Legal Firms Research & Email Campaign Preparation

I'd like to pull together a list of law firms and reach out to as many as we can over the next few weeks. Based on what I've been told about LegalWeek (A conference in New York), lots of law firms go. I'm also planning on going to LMA in April.

Can we work on pulling together a list of small law firms in the mid-atlantic and run an email campaign asking if they are going to LegalWeek or LMA? Areas we've looked at are insurance defense, creditor rights, mass tort, mass arb, class action, trust & estate, transaction (M&A).

I can handle the email outreach, but I could use some help compiling the list of law firms to reach out to. The below website has past attendees of Legalweek. We should scrape through the past attendees and look for law firms in the categories described above. Also, someone with Rocketreach or another email finding tool would be best fit for this task. For the output, I am envisioning and Excel sheet that has law firm name, areas of practice, maybe a box for "attended legalweek 2025", and then individual name, and individual email address.
