Hi,
We are an online, multi-roaster coffee subscription here in the UK. We match people to a unique selection of coffee, based on their taste profile and brewing preference. We are long-term partners with a machine manufacturer and the uk largest machine seller, where we offer discounted coffee with the purchase of certain machines.
We use Klaviyo for our email marketing and are quite happy with what we have created so far, however, we are self-taught and would therefore like guidance/support/a review of what we’ve done and a plan going forward.
We are about to launch a big PR campaign and therefore want to ensure that our email journeys/flows are up to scratch and optimised for the best experience.
The ask is pretty straightforward… we would love an expert to review our flows and content, provide a summary of the opportunities and areas to improve and help us then implement change.
