Klaviyo Expert

I am seeking a Klaviyo expert for a project involving optimizing our current email marketing campaigns. Our main objective is to increase sales and we already have an existing email list. We would like to send mostly transactional emails, such as order receipts, shipping notifications, etc., but also occasionally want to send out promotional or newsletter emails as appropriate. I am looking for an experienced Klaviyo expert who is knowledgeable in best practices and is able to help us optimize our existing email marketing campaign to achieve the desired results.
