Janitorial Sales Specialist for Daycares

I'm on the lookout for a skilled, phone sales professional to capture potential janitorial accounts, specifically targeting daycares.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling a range of services: cleaning, sanitizing, floor maintenance, building maintenance and repairs, and general contracting services.
- Conducting daily cleaning and maintenance operations for daycare accounts.
- Managing accounts communication solely through phone calls.
Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience in phone sales would be highly beneficial.
- Having a background or good knowledge in janitorial services will be an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Should be detail-oriented and organized.
