Investigating Email Deliverability Issues
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We're using Office365 via Mailgun for sending emails, specifically automated notifications. We're facing a problem where some of these emails are landing in recipients' spam/junk folders. We need a skilled professional to help us investigate and resolve this issue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate the root cause of the issue that leads our emails to be marked as spam/junk by recipients
- Implement solutions to improve email deliverability and ensure our automated notifications reach the primary inbox
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working with Office365 and Mailgun
- Strong understanding of email deliverability standards and best practices
- Knowledge of automated notifications system
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot email delivery issues from the sender's perspective
- Familiarity with spam/junk folder filtering mechanisms and how to avoid them
