Influencer Outreach Email Campaign

I need an email marketing specialist who can plan and execute an outreach campaign whose primary goal is to hire influencers for India's Top live-streaming platform. The entire campaign must be geared toward convincing creators to join the platform, so every touchpoint—from subject lines to nurturing sequences—has to speak their language.
Objectives
• Hire influencers for a live-streaming platform (main goal)
• Drive them to sign up and start streaming
Target profiles
I’m focusing on creators who produce interactive content in fashion, dance, bold performance pieces, singing, and similar niches. While gaming, music, and talk shows may exist on the platform, the first push will concentrate on those high-engagement categories.
Scope of work
• Strategy: audience segmentation, send cadence, and funnel design
• Copywriting: persuasive emails tailored to each influencer niche
• Automation: set up flows in the ESP of your choice (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
• Tracking & optimization: implement UTM parameters, monitor open/click rates, and iterate based on performance
• Reporting: weekly summary of metrics and learnings
Acceptance criteria
1. At least three automated sequences (initial outreach, follow-up, re-engagement) fully built and tested
2. Personalized copy that references each influencer’s content style
3. Detailed performance dashboard delivered after the first send
