Industry Webinar Ad Copy
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have an upcoming webinar aimed at industry professionals and I need copy that sells the session long before it starts. The goal is simple: fill every virtual seat by highlighting the real‐world value of the workshop, building urgency, and making the registration click feel irresistible.
You’ll take the core details I provide (topic, date, speaker bios, key takeaways) and turn them into audience-specific messaging that feels fresh, authoritative, and benefit-driven—not generic brochure text. This calls for both strategic positioning and sharp wordcraft, so I’m counting on you to recommend angles, hooks, and calls-to-action rather than just re-formatting what I hand over.
Deliverables
• 3-5 punchy headline options and matching sub-heads
• Short-form ad variants (paid social or display, 30–90 characters each)
• An email invite: subject line, preview text, body copy (≈150-200 words)
• A concise landing-page intro paragraph (≈100 words) with bullet takeaways
Acceptance criteria
• Speaks directly to seasoned professionals in the field, using their language and pain points
• Clearly conveys the webinar’s unique promise and date/time, ending with a single, strong CTA
• Follows any provided character limits, delivered in an editable doc (Google Docs or Word)
If you’ve written for technical or B2B audiences before, that’s a bonus. Please share one sample of similar event or webinar copy so I can get a feel for your tone. I’m ready to move fast once I find the right voice.
