Role Overview
We are a pre-revenue B2B startup seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to build, scale, and support our sales and marketing CRM. We are currently managing multiple development efforts and need a hands-on implementer who can prepare our systems for launch and future client use.
This is a hands-on implementation role only. This is not a strategy, consulting, or copywriting position.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Scale and refine our existing GoHighLevel environment
* Build and configure full GHL systems for internal use and future clients
* Import and manage leads from social media, Popl, and business card OCR
* Set up sales pipelines, funnels, and lead magnets
* Build automations, workflows, bots, calendars, and dashboards
* Implement opener to closer handoff logic
* Configure email automations with human-in-the-loop (HITL) controls
* Set up marketing attribution and KPI tracking
* Support social media creation and scheduling within GHL
* Deliver clean system handover including SOPs and walkthroughs
A full and detailed system brief will be provided after initial contact.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel experience
* Strong skills with automations, pipelines, workflows, and reporting
* Ability to follow a clear specification and build clean, scalable systems
* Comfortable documenting work and providing walkthroughs
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and implementation-focused
* English speaking
* Reliable internet connection
* NDA/IP agreement required
