HubSpot Bulk Email Campaign Setup

I'm looking for a HubSpot expert to assist me with creating and sending my first bulk email campaign using rich text format in HubSpot. I have the content ready but need help with the technical setup, formatting, and sending via HubSpot.
Requirements:
- Format and set up email content (text with images and links)
- Assist in creating or recommending an email template
- Send the campaign via HubSpot
