Hong Kong email lists required

Hello if you can provide email lists. I need millions of emails for Hong Kong and China but mainly Hong Kong, and maybe some other countries later down the line. I DO NOT NEED ANY SCRAPED EMAILS, or any emails ANYBODY can just get with simple softwares. I need FRESH email lists. To test the quality of your email lists I will need a sample of at least 20,000 emails and send to them and see the click rate. If they are good quality I will know, if they are bad I will know. I want someone to work with long term that can provide me fresh email lists, from database they hacked, or marketing or whatever I don’t care as long as they are fresh
