I run large-scale corporate training campaigns and need a dependable way to reach a database of about two million B2B contacts. My core objective is lead generation, and the content I’ll be sending is mainly educational—white papers, course outlines, and certification guides that drive executives toward our training programs.

What I expect from the solution
• Consistently high deliverability rates so messages land in the primary inbox, not spam
• Advanced analytics that show opens, clicks, bounces, and engagement by segment in real time
• Robust email automation to manage onboarding drips, event reminders, and follow-up sequences without manual intervention

Technical scope
• A dedicated or virtual server stack strong enough to handle bursts of 150-250k sends per day without throttling
• IP warm-up methodology for two fresh /24 blocks (or better) to protect sender reputation
• Full DKIM, SPF, DMARC alignment and BIMI readiness
• REST or SMTP API plus an option to route selected sends through MS Outlook to keep our internal team’s workflow intact
• GDPR- and CAN-SPAM-compliant list management, with automatic suppression handling
• Secure dashboard (web) and optional desktop client compatibility for Windows 11

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)

2. Documentation covering architecture, daily sending limits, and IP warm-up plan
3. Live demo of a 10 k-contact test showing ≥95 % inbox placement and reporting accuracy within ±3 %
4. Cost breakdown: one-time setup, monthly throughput tiers, and any optional add-ons (extra IPs, priority support)
