HTML Newsletter Batch Build

I have a pre-built HTML email template and now need to roll out a batch of newsletter editions with it. The layout, colours, and overall styling are already locked in; what’s left is the production work—dropping in the new copy, swapping out relevant images where required, and returning clean, fully-tested HTML files that render reliably across the usual desktop and mobile clients.

I will provide:
• the master template (HTML/CSS)
• content files for each newsletter in the batch
• any new imagery, logos or links

You will:
• insert the supplied content while maintaining the existing design rules
• validate the code so it stays lightweight and complaint-safe (tables-based where necessary, inline styles, media-query fallbacks)
• confirm responsive behaviour in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and leading mobile apps
• deliver the final HTML files plus an assets folder, ready for immediate upload to our ESP

Turnaround on the first file will act as the benchmark for the rest of the batch, so clear, prompt communication is important. If you have prior experience with Litmus or Email on Acid testing, please mention it in your bid.
