Google Workspace GetResponse Email Integration

I need my domain email, ---, working flawlessly across two fronts: day-to-day use inside Google Workspace (Gmail) and bulk sends through GetResponse. The domain lives on NameCheap, while the DNS zone is managed in my HostGator cPanel. Core records already exist, but they’ll need a tidy-up so everything lines up under one authenticated roof.
Here’s what has to be accomplished:
• Audit the current DNS zone, remove any legacy or conflicting entries, and publish correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for ---.
• Verify those records with both Google Workspace and GetResponse until each platform reports “authentic” status.
• Configure Gmail so I can send and receive directly from --- inside my existing Google Workspace mailbox, not via an alias that breaks authentication.
• Connect the same address to GetResponse, set it as the default “From” and “Reply-To,” and prove that inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) show my domain as fully verified.
• Run live tests: a standard email from Gmail and a campaign test from GetResponse, confirming pass results in MXToolbox, Google Postmaster Tools or similar.
Completion is sign-off-ready when both systems deliver signed mail with matching SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment and no warnings in the headers.
