Google Workspace Email Domain Warming

Being a Google Workspace user, I'm in need of a specialist to assist me with warming up my email domain. I wish to have the correct SPF and DMARC records set up.
In addition, while I do not have DKIM keys set up at this time, I'm uncertain on the steps to create and implement these keys, hence, I am looking for guidance on this task.
