I am looking for focused assistance turning a group of promising small-scale gold mining operations into an attractive investment opportunity and then getting that opportunity in front of the right people. Your job has two equally important parts: first, shape a concise investment proposal that explains how funds will help these miners move ore through processing and increase yield; second, launch a targeted email campaign that places this proposal directly in the inbox of qualified, small-ticket investors.
Scope of work
• Investment proposal creation – I will provide operational figures, photos of the sites, and current production statistics. You will transform this raw data into a clear, investor-ready document that highlights the opportunity, projected returns, and risk-mitigation strategy.
• Investor outreach via email campaigns – Using the finished proposal, you will research and build a contact list of potential backers, draft persuasive email sequences that spotlight the investment opportunity and supporting financial projections, and manage the initial send-out. A lightweight CRM or a platform such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or your preferred tool is fine as long as we can track open and reply rates.
Acceptance criteria
1. Investor deck and one-page summary delivered in PDF and editable format.
2. Minimum of two email templates: an introduction and a follow-up, both featuring the investment opportunity and key financial projections.
3. A vetted list of at least 150 contacts who historically fund mining, metals, or frontier-market projects at the small-scale level.
4. Campaign metrics report after the first send (opens, clicks, replies).
