Godaddy Email combine & Email Signatures

I am looking for someone to help me combine two email accounts into one inbox on Godaddy. Additionally, I need assistance creating email signatures for the two of them and would also like to have my instagram account added to the signature. The ideal candidate will have experience with Godaddy email management and design skills for creating professional email signatures.
