GoHighLevel Workflow Audit & Fix
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
Our GoHighLevel account was recently overhauled and, since then, the message-delivery timing has gone off the rails—some leads now receive two or three texts in a row or an email that’s days late. I need a fresh set of expert eyes to dig through the existing automations, identify the exact points where timing logic is mis-configured, and put the right guardrails back in place.
You’ll have full access to the account so you can:
• Map the current campaigns, triggers, and time delays to spot overlaps or missing conditions.
• Correct, merge, or retire redundant steps so every contact receives only the intended communication at the intended moment.
• Test each updated sequence end-to-end with live and sandbox contacts, confirming that no unintended duplicates go out.
• Document the fixes—screenshots or quick Loom walkthroughs are fine—so I can understand what changed and keep things tidy moving forward.
Acceptance criteria
1. No prospect should receive more than one automated message inside any 60-minute window unless explicitly configured to do so.
2. All campaigns fire at the scheduled local time that appears in the workflow settings.
3. A brief changelog lists every trigger, condition, or delay you touched.
I’m ready to grant login credentials and jump on a quick kickoff call so you can start diagnosing right away.
