I need a Go High Level expert to build a fully automated follow-up email sequence that plugs directly into my existing sales pipeline. After a lead reaches the “proposal sent” stage, the system should trigger a series of personalised emails that nudge them toward a decision, track opens and clicks, and automatically update the opportunity status when a reply is detected.

Here’s what I expect:

• Clean, reusable workflows in Go High Level that handle timing, conditional logic, and stop-on-reply rules
• Branded email templates – copy and basic layout can follow my current style guide; you just need to load and link them
• Clear tagging and pipeline updates so I can see, at a glance, where each prospect sits in the sequence
• A short loom or written walkthrough so my team can tweak timing or copy later

Everything must be tested end-to-end with a dummy contact so we know messages fire exactly as intended. Once it’s live and I can watch one real prospect flow through the automation without manual intervention, I’ll consider the job complete.
