GoHighLevel Campaign Admin Support
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I run several client accounts in GoHighLevel and need an experienced platform admin to keep our campaigns running smoothly and profitably.
The core of the role is campaign management:
• Set up new workflows from scratch—tags, triggers, pipelines, landing pages, email/SMS sequences, calendars, and forms—so each funnel is launch-ready.
• Monitor live campaigns, pull performance stats from the GHL dashboard, and refine copy, timing, and workflow logic to lift open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Keep account assets organised by maintaining snapshots, clean tagging, and clear naming conventions.
Beyond GoHighLevel, you’ll occasionally link assets with Zapier, tweak email/landing page HTML, or cross-check tracking in Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
All communication happens on zoom with tasks tracked in person. Expect 10-20 hours each week to start, with room to grow as you prove your

1. Fully functional campaigns ready for launch.
2. Weekly optimization reports showing actions taken and performance changes.
3. Simple SOP or Loom walkthrough documenting each build for easy handoff.
