Gmail Warm-Up & Inbox Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a highly experienced professional to warm up and manage 1,000+ Gmail accounts for enhanced inbox placement and cold email deliverability. This includes creating and managing Gmail seed lists to simulate real engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Setting up and maintaining an automated Gmail warm-up system
Creating and managing seed lists of Gmail accounts with realistic, human-like activity
Keeping all accounts healthy and compliant by mimicking real user behavior: sending, replying, starring, marking as important, removing from spam
Using proper proxy management to avoid detection or bans
Ensuring Gmail accounts stay under the radar and maintain good standing
Providing full transparency with regular progress updates and weekly performance reports (deliverability, open rate, spam rate, etc.)
Ensuring complete compliance with Gmail’s policies and best practices
Requirements:
Hands-on experience managing large Gmail warm-up projects (500+ accounts minimum)
Strong understanding of Gmail’s algorithms, reputation management, and Postmaster Tools
Experience with seed list creation and managing inbox rotation
Familiarity with tools like MailFlow, Warmbox, Lemwarm, Instantly, or custom-built systems
Ability to troubleshoot deliverability issues quickly
Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative
Payment:
