Gmail & Domain Email Expert – Setup, Security, and Ongoing Support (Long-Term Role)
Description:
I'm looking for a reliable Gmail and domain email expert to help manage, secure, and support multiple Gmail accounts — several of which are already linked to custom domains hosted on Hostinger. This role will include auditing the current setup, improving security and login protections, ensuring deliverability, and supporting the setup of future domain emails as I scale.
You’ll work with me via Zoom and Anydesk (screen sharing only) to ensure everything is organised, secure, and easy to manage across all devices. I’m building out a consultancy and membership brand targeting legal professionals and driving instructors, so communication and security are critical.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Reviewing existing Gmail setup (5+ accounts, 4 domain-linked)
• Advising and helping with security settings (2FA, recovery, login alerts, etc.)
• Adding new domain-based Gmail accounts (linked via Hostinger as needed)
• Helping organise inboxes (filters, folders, spam control, sender safety, etc.)
• Setting up Gmail on multiple devices (phone, tablet, desktop)
• Ensuring all emails are correctly connected and deliverable via Gmail
• Advising on linking Gmail accounts with CRM/email tools like GoHighLevel
• Optionally providing a checklist or system for ongoing management

You MUST Have:
• Proven experience managing Gmail and domain-based email accounts
• Familiarity with Hostinger DNS settings (MX, SPF, DKIM for Gmail setup)
• Strong understanding of multi-account Gmail setups and security best practices
• Comfortable communicating and walking through steps via Zoom and Anydesk
• Bonus: Experience with integrations like GoHighLevel, or CRM connections
• Trustworthy, efficient, and proactive
