Gmail Account Setup with Filters

I need a brand-new Gmail account opened and fully verified in my name, then configured with custom filters so incoming messages are automatically organised the moment the account goes live. I will share the exact filtering rules (e.g., labels, automatic archiving, priority levels) once we start; feel free to advise on best-practice tweaks so the rules stay easy to maintain.

Security matters, so please create the account from a clean IP, add a recovery phone/email I provide, and hand over the credentials through a secure channel. If you can suggest optional extras such as forwarding or a branded signature, that would be great for a later phase, but they are not required right now.
