I’m ready to launch my latest country single and I want it in every programmer’s inbox—no matter where that station is on the map. The track is mastered and waiting as an MP3, complete with a succinct press review and my direct contact details.
Here’s what I need from you:
• build a globall database r of country-format stations—terrestrial, digital, and syndicated—adding music director or program director emails wherever possible and eliminating duplicates.
• send a friendly email that introduces the song, attaches the MP3, and folds in the press review and the contact list. light mail-merge touches such as station name or presenter name nice to havet.
• Distribute the email to every station on the final list, monitor bounces, and note any replies, requests for interviews, or add confirmations.
• Deliver a spreadsheet showing station name, country, email used, date sent, and the status or any follow-up notes.
