Get email addresses

I am looking for a person who is a master in collecting emails from the internet. I have a serious physical product offer for a very specific market and I want to create a list of email addresses to send my offer to.
My market is extremely targeted. I am looking for only one particular type of business all over Belgium, which is my target market.
