Freelancer needed to extract emails from three websites and set up mailing list system

I am looking for a freelancer to help me extract emails from three websites and set up a mailing list system. The purpose of the mailing list is to send newsletters to our subscribers. Although I don't have a preference for an email marketing platform, I would like the freelancer to recommend one that is suitable for our needs. I do have access to the login credentials for the websites from which the emails need to be extracted. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in email marketing and be familiar with various email marketing platforms. They should also be proficient in web scraping and data extraction. The database in each websites are about 900,000 for one, and the rest are under 300,000 users or less each.
