Formal Email Signature Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’d like a polished, email signature that elevates every message I send. The layout must feature my name and job title prominently, incorporate our company logo without pixelation, and present key contact details (phone, email, website) in a clean, easy-to-scan format.
An Instagram icon linking to my profile should sit neatly alongside the other information—subtle, not flashy—so the whole signature retains a formal, well-respected tone.
Please ensure the code is lightweight, mobile-responsive, and renders consistently in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and major web clients. I’ll supply the logo file and final contact copy; you return a tested HTML snippet ready for one-click install plus a static PNG fallback.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Pixel-perfect alignment of all elements
• Correct hyperlinking of every contact field and the Instagram icon
• Flawless display in the latest versions of the email clients listed above
Once approved, provide the source files and any installation notes so I can roll it out to the rest of the team if needed.
