Fix Hostinger & Workspace Email

My domain runs eleven business addresses split between two providers—some sit on Hostinger’s standard mailbox, the rest on Google Workspace. Since the split, nothing will move: messages won’t leave the outbox and nothing arrives on either side. They vanish before spam filtering can even touch them.
I have full access to both control panels, DNS zone, and admin consoles, so you can tweak MX, SPF, DKIM, or any other record you need. The goal is simple: every mailbox must reliably send and receive again, both internally and with the outside world.
Deliverables:
• Diagnose the root cause for both platforms
• Update DNS and server settings (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC or others) as required
• Test and confirm outbound and inbound flow for all eleven addresses
• Provide a brief summary of changes so I can maintain the setup going forward
