Fix Gmail Blocking Emails

Job ID: 40505548

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

We have a brand-new domain on a fresh Hostinger mail server and every message we try to send to Gmail is immediately refused. The domain itself checks out clean and I ran the usual blacklist scans on both the domain and server IP without finding anything suspicious, yet Google still bounces even a single manual test email.

At the moment we send only occasional marketing messages—nothing high-volume—and I’m not even sure whether reverse DNS is correctly configured on this server. SPF, DKIM and DMARC may also be missing or incomplete; if they are, I’ll need them set up properly.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Pinpoint the exact reason Gmail is blocking us (IP reputation, rDNS, missing authentication records, Hostinger-specific issue, etc.).
• Implement or correct SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR/rDNS ??? Suggest
• Run live tests to confirm our messages land in Gmail inboxes, not spam, and provide a brief report of the steps taken so We can replicate them for future domains.

You’ll have full DNS access and Hostinger panel access as required; please just outline any additional information you need and an estimated timeline once you’ve reviewed the situation.
