Export Emails to hosting and access the same

I use google suite for my company emails. Its very expensive. Hence I want to download all emails, then move to my hosting and then access the emails via email client from my hosting. Anyone who can get this done let me know. I should also be able to see the attachment or search for emails like how we search on gmail.
