Expert Setup of PowerMTA (SMTP) + [Mailwizz/Mautic] for High-Volume Email Marketing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500 INR
I am looking for a DevOps/Email Deliverability expert to perform a professional, "turnkey" installation of PowerMTA (PMTA) v5.0 (or latest stable) integrated with an email marketing control panel (e.g., Mailwizz, Mautic, or Mumara).
The goal is a robust, high-performance mailing system capable of sending high volumes while maintaining a high sender reputation and reaching the inbox.
Scope of Work
1. PowerMTA Installation & Configuration:
○ Full installation of PMTA on a Linux VPS/Dedicated server.
○ Configuration of config and accounting files.
○ Setting up Virtual MTAs and IP pooling.
○ Configuring SMTP users and bounce/FBL processing.
2. Domain & Deliverability Setup:
○ Full DNS configuration: SPF, DKIM (1024/2048 bit), DMARC, and ADSP.
○ rDNS (PTR) records setup for all sending IPs.
○ Tracking domain and masking domain setup.
○ SSL installation (Let's Encrypt) for the control panel and tracking links.
3. Application Integration:
○ Installation of [Mention your preferred app, e.g., Mailwizz] on the server.
○ Connecting PMTA as the primary SMTP relay.
○ Configuring Cron Jobs for optimal sending speed and bounce processing.
○ Feedback Loop (FBL) registration with major ISPs (SNDS/Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).
4. IP Warming & Testing:
○ Initial testing using tools like Mail-Tester.com (aiming for 10/10 score).
○ Providing a basic IP Warming Schedule.

● Proven experience with PowerMTA Management Console.
● Deep understanding of IP Rotation and delivery optimization.
● Knowledge of Linux Server Administration (CentOS/Ubuntu).
● Experience bypassing common "Spam" triggers and managing blacklists.
Deliverables
● Fully functional PowerMTA server with a web-based monitoring console.
● Integrated Email Marketing Application with admin/customer login.
● A "Health Report" showing all green checks for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
● A brief documentation/handover file containing login credentials and basic management commands.
