Expert Freelancer for B2B Client Acquisition & Lead Generation (Build from Scratch)

Job Description:
We're seeking a highly experienced freelancer to help build and execute a client acquisition and lead generation strategy from the ground up. This is for a growing service-based business targeting small businesses (initially in the dental industry). You’ll be instrumental in generating high-quality leads, setting up outreach systems, and driving client growth.
Responsibilities:
-Develop a client acquisition plan tailored to our niche (starting with dental clinics).
-Perform prospect research and build targeted B2B lead lists.
-Set up and manage outreach systems (cold email, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Write or optimize outreach copy (email, LinkedIn messages, etc.).
-Track KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance.
-Work with us to optimize conversion to booked calls.

Requirements:
-Proven experience with B2B lead generation and client acquisition
-Ability to work independently and strategically
-Excellent written communication skills
-Familiar with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
-Strong understanding of ICP definition and cold outreach best practices
-Results-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
-Experience in the healthcare or dental sector
-Copywriting or sales experience
-Ability to suggest and implement automation tools and systems
