Experienced Upmind.com Specialist Needed for Full Setup (Products / Store / Emails / Support Desk)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a highly experienced Upmind.com freelancer to take our Upmind instance from zero to full production readiness. You must have hands-on experience configuring all parts of Upmind—not just general billing software.
Scope of Work
Configure product catalog: service types, subscription plans, pricing tiers, bundles, setup fees
Write compelling product and service descriptions tailored to our target audience
Recommend and implement automation provisioning (domains, hosting, APIs)
Apply and customize store templates, client portal branding, and checkout flow
Create all required email templates: onboarding, invoices, notifications, upsells, support messages
Set up billing rules: taxes, multi-currency, promotions, discounts, renewal cycles
Build branded support desk workflows: ticket templates, departments, client support rules
Devise onboarding and customer journey flows: branded UI, welcome emails, automation triggers
Integrate payment gateways available via Upmind (Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless, CoinGate, BitPay, etc.)
Perform end-to-end testing: checkout, billing cycles, renewals, conversions
Provide documentation or a walkthrough to your configuration so our team can manage going forward
Required Criteria
Proven experience with Upmind.com, including configuration of its full suite: store, products, client workflows, email automation, support desk
Strong familiarity with Upmind’s features: client management, billing automation, provisioning, service desk, API/webhooks, white-label customization
Portfolio or screenshots of past Upmind implementations (product setup, email templates, client portal, workflows)
Excellent copywriting skills for product descriptions, email templates, and business messaging
Experience integrating Upmind with payment providers and provisioning systems
High attention to detail, branding sensibility, and understanding of SaaS configuration best practices
