Experienced HubSpot Contractor with Lemlist Expertise

We’re looking for a highly skilled HubSpot contractor to provide part-time, as-needed support for our team. This role will be on a flexible/standby basis — we’d like someone we can tap for projects or troubleshooting as they come up.

HubSpot projects may include:
- Building advanced reports and dashboards
- Setting up and optimizing workflows
- Creating and managing custom objects and properties
- General troubleshooting and advanced HubSpot functionality

Lemlist expertise is a huge plus. We’d love to work with someone who is also comfortable with:

- Connecting and warming up new domains
- Setting up cold outreach flows
- Monitoring deliverability and performance

Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience with HubSpot (please include examples of projects you’ve worked on)
- Strong understanding of HubSpot reporting, workflows, and CRM customization
- Experience with Lemlist (or similar cold outreach tools) and email deliverability best practices
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive with flexible availability
- English fluency a must

Engagement details:

- Part-time / as needed (project-based with potential for ongoing work)
- Remote / flexible hours
