Experienced Email Marketer for Growing Digital Agency

We’re a small but growing digital marketing agency looking to hire a skilled Email Marketer to help manage and grow our clients’ email marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing automations, writing engaging email copy, and improving open and click rates across multiple brands.
This role requires strong copywriting skills, attention to detail, and proven experience building effective email campaigns that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and design engaging email campaigns and automations
- Segment audiences and optimize performance for higher conversions
- Create welcome sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with me and our internal team to align email strategy with brand goals
Requirements:
- Fluent, professional-level English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred, but experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar is also fine)
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of email best practices
- Ability to create and optimize automations, flows, and A/B tests
- Must share a portfolio or examples of previous email campaigns or flows
- Hourly position — must use the time tracker (timer app). Keep in mind, that we can move to a monthly rate per client in the future (after 3 months this can be discussed)
