Experience ActiveCampaign developer

We are launching a website for a client and need to set up ActiveCampaign for 1) integration with the site to track and score user behavior, 2) deliver downloadable documents when forms are submitted and add to email sequences, 3) send drip email campaigns. We're open to other ideas as well.
