Eventbrite Setup for Netball Academy

I’m getting ready to launch our new netball academy programme and need our Eventbrite account fully configured so parents can buy multi-day passes with zero friction. The priority is a clean ticketing flow for “Multiple-day event tickets,” not single-day sales or memberships—though I’d like the structure to be flexible enough for future add-ons.In saying that we have certain age groups that will be set up for for single day passes.

Here’s what the build should do for us:
• Create a branded academy organiser profile.
• Set up one recurring or multi-day event template with clearly named ticket tiers.
• Configure checkout questions to capture: full name and contact details, age and any medical conditions, emergency contact details, plus a short field for previous netball experience.
• Automate confirmation emails and reminders so parents receive schedules and what-to-bring info without extra work from me.
• Link our Stripe account for payouts and test the flow end-to-end.

Acceptance criteria
– A test order completes successfully and all data points land in the attendee export.
– Emails display our academy colours and logo.
– I receive a short screencast or PDF walkthrough so I can duplicate future events myself.
