Email marketing required

I have a database of 100,000 users to whom I need to send emails. The emails must be sent such that no email must be ended up with a SPAM. It must be noted that I have a total of 4 email IDs from my own domain but these are no more than 1 month old. If I send emails from my own email ID (more than 50 emails a day) they go to the SPAM. Is there a way the emails must be sent from my own email IDs? I need to send 800 emails/day from each of my domains so to make a total of 4x800=3200 emails/day. If any of the experts believe it is not possible, we can decrease this number to 500 emails/day.
