Email marketing help to automate Mailchimp

We are looking for someone to help us automate our email marketing through Mailchimp. We have an existing email list, with active subscribers, and we currently send occasional newsletters. Our goal is to create an automated welcome email series. We need help setting up the program to start engaging with our customers better and streamlining our communication.
