Email marketing expert required

Looking for a Linux administrator , Who has good experience to email marketing. He has worked in an email marketing company.
These days we are facing blacklist issue. Either he should be capable of handling that or even he can give us a new solution.
If he is proposing for new solution then we will look for everything documented for future uses too.
Don’t west time if you have not worked with any email marketing company. We are not looking for any email client or service .We are email marketing company and need a linux mail administrator. We use interspire and happy with that. We are looking for server side solution.
