Email marketing/campaign setup

I am looking for two different things

1. I have a list of 400,00 email addresses to local businesses. These email addresses are all cold contacts.
I am seeking to organise someone to come up with an email campaign to encourage people to change there Business Phone Provide

You will need to design the template. Create and write the content, seek approval of content then start the campaign to the list. No more than 4 emails are to be sent out to this list of email addresses. As I do not want to piss people off receiving emails from us.

2. When a customer signs up to use our service
I would like to create a email campaign that welcomes the client, that over the course of a week or two teaches the customer about our service, features how to use some of them feature’s, a follow up email asking if they need any assistance and finally a thank you for joining up and requesting they leave feedback on google reviews.

You will be responsible for creating them templates for this, plus all content, information on features and how to use them which can be sourced from the help documents, plus any graphics.

These emails will only go out to new sign up clients.


As for platform of the email marketing platform.
Our website uses Wordpress so would be great if there is Wordpress integration.

We can use two different marketing platforms, one that’s really really cheap to send out the cold emails as there is a large volume

And setting up the campaigns once sign up has occurred can be with another platform
