Email marketing Specialist

I am looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to help me with my lead generation and customer retention campaigns. You will manage an email automation CRM (HubSpot). Tasks will include building email templates, email creation, list and workflow building, analyzing data, and working with other team members on client requests and data management.
I have a mailing list of contacts, so I need help designing the emails and setting up a system to send them periodically. It is important that this specialist has in-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding email marketing in order to ensure compliance.
