Email marketing and Content Development

Need someone to design and send weekly information E-mails, set up remarketing strategy/automate email flows, A/B testing, lead generation, landing page design for email leads, track performance of emails. Please note E-mails will be sent via our own website (not through 3rd party software), however if that can integrate with 3rd party for just showing metrics, then nothing like it.
